The Network’s research support team support members, the Steering Group, and Reference Groups in delivering the Network’s work programme.

Director

Stephen is a qualified Accountant who has 25 years of healthcare experience and has worked in most NHS health economies on acute care, community services, primary care, shared services, strategy, commissioning and benchmarking projects.

Stephen leads our national projects that compare and analyse emergency care, radiology, mental health, total system effectiveness, and corporate functions.

Claire Holditch

Director

Since completing an MA in organisational dynamics, Claire has worked in the NHS applying her experience of strategic planning and project management to a variety of roles.

Claire is a Director of the NHS Benchmarking Network and is the project director of the National Audit of Intermediate Care. Claire also leads on the NHS Benchmarking Network’s work on community services, community hospitals, acute therapies and older people in acute settings.

Debbie Hibbert

Programme Manager

Debbie is an experienced NHS Manager who has spent most of her working life in the NHS.

Debbie supports a wide range of Benchmarking Network projects including community services, and acute and community mental health services (including Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services). Debbie also project manages the National Audit of Intermediate Care.

Aidan Rawlinson

Programme Manager

Aidan is a project manager and information analyst with over a decade's experience of designing and running benchmarking projects. Currently Aidan is managing a number of projects which include integrated care, medicine management, urgent care and corporate functions. He is also developing new reporting systems and analytical tools.

Aidan leads on our broad commissioner work programme that involves large numbers of commissioning organisations from across the NHS.

Zoe Page

Programme Manager

Zoë is a project manager with over 10 years’ experience of running healthcare improvement projects. Her experience spans acute, commissioning, primary care and mental health services and the pharmaceutical sector, in the North West of England and also further afield in Australia, Sierra Leone, Mexico Colombia and the USA.

Zoë originally joined the NHS on the Graduate Management Training Scheme. She has a masters degree in Healthcare Leadership and Management, along with a further masters degree in Computational Linguistics.

Zoë currently leads projects in a number of areas, including annual benchmarking for Mental Health and CAMHS, and undertakes a wide range of bespoke analysis for clients including NHS England, the Department of Health, Health Education England and individual member organisations.

Lindsey Ashley

Communications Manager

Lindsey has a Bachelors Degree in Event Management, a CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing and has over 8 years NHS Healthcare experience.

Lindsey manages the NHS Benchmarking Network communications and marketing, networking with members, stakeholders and partners, supports the facilitation of member events and researching and report developing for the Benchmarking Network’s projects. Lindsey project manages the national complaints survey project which is a partnership project between the NHS Benchmarking Network and the Patients Association.

Technically competent, Lindsey picks up new systems with ease to ensure business requirements are met.

Jessica Grantham

Project Manager

Jessica has a degree in Economics and supports the day to day operations of the Benchmarking Network.

Jessica is involved in developing the marketing strategy of the Network and supports the team on projects and at events including the National Audit of Intermediate Care.

Leigh Jenkins

Project Manager

Leigh joined the team in June of 2014 after completing her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, where she spent time on placement in acute and community trusts. Through these placements she developed an interest in promoting good practice and service improvement.

Leigh provides support in designing and delivering projects, and assists benchmarking clients and NHS Benchmarking Network members with queries on a number of network projects including older people, hospital pharmacy, medicines management, integrated care and learning disabilities.

Emma Cunliffe

Project Manager

Emma joined the team in November 2016, after working for a NHS Mental Health and Community provider for over 14 years.  Her last role in the Trust was as a Business Partner – Performance dealing with Commissioners, Services and Trust senior staff on a daily basis.  She also has completed a BA Hons in Business Management and is qualified in Project Management.

Emma will be involved in the Mental Health annual projects and events.  Emma will also provide support to the bespoke work that the Network will undertake.

Stephen is an information analyst with 9 years of experience within the NHS.

Stephen manages data analysis/quality and develops toolkits for a number of projects including mental health, radiology, physio and occupational therapy.

Lucas Wisniewski

Senior Software Developer

Lucas is a Computer Science graduate with previous experience working as a Software Engineer for a Silicon IP and Software company. He has previously worked on cross-platform automated software testing and quality assurance. 

Lucas is developing the online data collection and reporting tools for many of the current NHS Benchmarking Network projects.

Stephen Parker

Infomation Analyst

Stephen is a software developer with over 30 years experience in IT and joined the team in 2016. Stephen has developed bespoke systems in a large number of sectors including banking, manufacturing and leisure.

Currently Stephen is providing analysis for forensic mental health, perinatal mental health and CAMHS. He has also produced bespoke toolkits and software products for Network projects.

In his spare time Stephen plays the guitar and records his own compositions.

Fraser Whittle

Lead Software Developer

Fraser is a computer science graduate and software developer with over 20 years experience in IT. Fraser has developed bespoke systems in a large number of sectors including healthcare, banking, manufacturing, and engineering.

Fraser leads on the delivery of our online data collection and reporting products for a wide range of Benchmarking Network projects.

Software Developer

Daniel is a Software Developer who has been working in IT since 2011, he is currently undertaking training to become Microsoft Certified.

Daniel previous experience was  as an IT service desk analyst, providing support and maintenance for hardware and software for a large retail business.  In his current role with BMC, Daniel develops bespoke software, designs websites and databases for business needs and manages the IT infrastructure of the business

Aneesa Halim

Project Co-ordinator

Aneesa has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Philosophy and joined the team in September 2015, after teaching English at a university in Saudi Arabia for a year.

Aneesa’s role as Project Coordinator includes assisting on the different benchmarking projects, namely Mental Health. Aneesa aids with member queries and supports with data validation and analysis.

Lucy Trubacik

Project Co-ordinator

Lucy joined the team as a Project Coordinator in March 2016. She has a mathematical background, having obtained a BSc in Mathematics she went on to teach the subject at secondary level for over three years. 

Lucy supports projects in the Community and Commissioning sectors. Her role includes assisting Network members with queries and supporting data validation and analysis.

Tom joined the team in April 2016 to work as a Project Coordinator having completed an MSc in Economics and Finance. 

Tom supports projects in the Acute sector aiding with data validation and analysis.

Chris joined the team as a Project Coordinator in September 2016. He has obtained a BSc in Geography, and an MA in Environmental Management and Consultancy. 

Chris supports projects in the Commissioning sector. Chris aids with member queries and supports with data validation and analysis.
